Patient with lower abdominal pain. Contrast enhanced abdominal CT demonstrates a large cystic and solid pelvic mass was likely arising from the left ovary. There's also diffuse bladder wall thickening related to cystitis. At surgery, this was shown to represent a ovarian cystadenoma.
